• Weekend Occupancy: entry will take place from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, and the house must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
• Occupancy by days (that do not end on weekends): Entry will occur from 4:00 p.m. and departure before 12:00 p.m.
• The week will last 7 nights.
• Minimum stay will be two nights.
• Whenever possible, entrances and exits will be facilitated.
• When making the reservation, you can pay 25% of the final price of the accommodation, as a deposit, within 48 hours in the current amount that will be provided when making the reservation or paying with your card.
• The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay 25% of the total price of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days before the arrival date. 
• The client can request a change of dates up to 2 days before entry. Having 24 hours from the change request to give another date in which the same house is available and with an equal or higher rate. 
• As far as the price list is concerned, the following dates are considered high season for 2023/2024
• The houses have kitchenware and linens in bathrooms and bedrooms. They are fully equipped.
• The entry of more people than the authorized places is not allowed.
• It is mandatory for all clients to fill out and sign the corresponding traveler entry forms.
• Animals are allowed. Although this may entail a supplement. Always notify before arrival and find out about the possible supplement. 

Operation of the saunas in the Aguamarina and Ámbar houses:

• The saunas are dry, heated by infrared panels.
• There is a switch on the ceiling to turn them on.
• On the control panel you turn on the sauna and program the desired temperature on the right and the time on the left.
• It has a music system.

Operation of the Aguamarina and Ambar spas:

• The Water is prepared to be used at any time.
• It is programmed to keep it warm and do the filtering cycles.
• The water is treated with a biological product, without a chemical product.
• It is advisable to take a shower before using it.
• You couldn't add soap or gel.
• At bedtime it is advisable to close the door to the room.
• Make sure that not too much water escapes, for the proper functioning of the spa.
• When using it, the lid is removed and put back on when finished to keep the water hot.
• To put the Aguamarina house spa into operation, on the control panel there are four buttons, the one on the left is for operating the hydromassage with four presses and the one on the right is for the chromotherapy focus. The two in the middle are for programming that does not have to be pressed.
• To put the Ámbar house spa into operation: The programming status is reflected on the screen. You must unlock the keyboard by pressing the lock key twice, press the on-off key, press pump 1, pump 3 and chromotherapy lights. When finished, turn off the lights and press the on-off key. If pump 3 stays on when you turn it off, it is because it is doing the filtering cycle and when it is finished it turns off by itself.
